Richard’s first seven years were spent in Tartagal, Province of Salta, where his parents, owning a circus company, chose to establish caravans and bring them to the world. Nomad’s life led him to Venado Tuerto until the day when, with his motorcycle and dog Nero on his back, he went to Buenos Aires to be an actor.
He entered the Conservatory of the School of Dramatic Art. His first role in the charts was in “Laffaiette Sellers”, then came “Black Octopus”, “Conditioned Freedom”, “News Desk” and at the same time, with his faithful traveling companion, worked in street shows making a duet of Clown.
He formed the theater group “Buenos Aires 3,012” in the year 1990 with graduates of the E.N.A.D. mounting “Enerváis Última Foto” in the commune of Bs.As. It is at that moment when he begins his first realization of Special Effects. He arrives at FX with Tato Bores’ show, “Vivo con un Fantasía”, “Peor es Nada”, “Canto Rodado”, “TV Ataca”, “Hacélo por mí” and “Los Machos”.
With fifteen years of experience in boards and screens he meets Santiago Schefer with whom he forms RWFXSTUDIO, an integral company of Special Effects for national and international productions.
Together, they are the creators of the first film and television studio prepared to offer the widest range of special effects in the country: Direct Fire, Floods, Storms, Snow, Rain, Pyrotechnics, Underwater Filming, Dueling, Double, Impacts bullet, Artistic and scenic makeup, Explosions, effects that, until today, were impossible to perform indoors, within the same location and at an affordable cost.
